Heligan Group, trading name for Heligan Corporate Finance LLP, a UK limited partnership:

Working capital investment bond yielding 10% per annum and a 5% payout on profits made by new investments over the 10 year investment period. Half yearly coupons are available otherwise coupons and dividends will be compounded over the investment period. All investments are aimed at technology improvements in the National Security, Crime Prevention and Public Safety sectors.

Heligan is connected to many national security agencies in a lot of many countries including 5 Eyes member states (US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand.)
